  I’ve been visiting ILKB in Liverpool for 3 months now and I love it! I’ve never been good about making time for workout classes in the past but the availability of classes makes it so easy to find one that fits my schedule a couple times a week. The instructors are all great - positive, upbeat, and really motivate me to push myself. Every class is fun, the workouts are intense and challenging and they change every day – I wish I’d discovered this sooner! I highly recommend it to everyone I know!
